Radiant heat system underfloor

This under floor system is cheap and easy to put in.
It was covered with a solid bamboo snap together flooring that floated over the hydronic tubing. Aluminum heat transfer plates were installed in the grooves then Pex tubing was pressed into the channels. His under floor system is a prototype from Preventec Inc. More on this later. Super curved trex deck

This multilevel deck is made with Trex decking bent to curve gently around its perimeter.
It blends effortlessly into a cedar entry deck and around a tiered stone planter.

Maintenance free deck is made of vinyl and PVC

This deck made by New Style Kitchen Bath & Patio is completely skinned in Azec PVC trim boards over pressure treated framing.

The second floor railing is 6 foot vinyl fencing with a sine wave baluster cut out that allows privacy from an apartment building next door but still offers views of the yard for guests enjoying the deck.

Timber Tech's "Radiance Railing" and "Topical Teak" decking with hidden fasteners makes a great, easy maintenance surface that look as good as it wears.

Under the deck is a private area for a hot tub. Vinyl fencing gives privacy while bathers are protected from the rain with Timber Tech's "Dry Space" under deck rain system.

The stair landing uses a combination of vinyl fencing and Azec PVC trim lumber to make a beautiful and low maintenance structure.

Cut into the hill side, the roof line of this Modern House projects to cover a second story deck and a slate patio over the carport.

Stained with Floric Polytech concrete stain, the floors glow with an amber hue. Vaulted pine ceilings carry out to the covered second story deck. Large Anderson double sliding doors open the outside to the living room. Hot water from a Rinnai tank-less natural gas heater runs though tubing embedded in the concrete on both floors. Each room has a thermostat and separate heat control. The steep lot required a large retaining wall foundation which added tremendously to the cost.
